SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Psyched on your order?! We are too and we always appreciate your support! We'll be shipping your goods out as soon as we possibly can.
Shipping times are estimates and start from the time your order is received by the Post Office. Orders are typically processed in 3-5 days (with the exception of weekends, holidays and of course VACATION :)
Orders made after 12:00pm HST will go out the following day. Please take this timing into consideration when selecting your shipping method and also when you expect to receive your package.
A tracking number will be sent to the email provided on your order when the shipping label is created. Please check your junk mail folder if a shipping email has not been received within 48 hours of purchase.
International orders are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. We cannot give an estimated delivery time as it varies from country to country. All international packages are trackable via USPS once they are scanned by USPS.
RETURNS - Please do not send any returns without contacting us first.
Sale items (if applicable) are all sales final and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
Only regular priced items are eligible to be returned. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, DAMAGED, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. The item(s) being returned must also be in their original packaging along with all of its contents. A proof of purchase is required.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in new resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange.
If the items are approved for a return, please allow up to 1 week for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You are responsible for the return shipping charges (sorry we aren't quite as successful as Amazon). With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.
- Shipping and handling charges for your order are non-refundable. We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
- Due to the high costs of shipping International, International orders are not eligible for return. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be shipped out after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as packages getting lost from your shipping service provider is a certainly a possibility. Returned packages that are lost or not received by Permanent Vacation will have to be taken up with your shipping service provider.
